Purpose of this website
House of Luceo is an independent editorial project and small creative shop. Products can be requested through the WhatsApp links on their respective product pages.
02
Terms of use and Shop information
The following provisions apply to orders requested through House of Luceo.
Editorial content
The content is prepared with care for editorial and inspirational purposes. No guarantee is given that information is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. Mandatory legal liability remains unaffected.
External links and embedded content
House of Luceo links to and embeds third-party content. The respective providers are responsible for their own content and services. A link does not imply endorsement of every statement made on the linked page.
Orders, production and delivery
The WhatsApp message is a non-binding order request. A purchase is concluded only after House of Luceo has confirmed availability, the total price including any delivery costs and the expected delivery time, and the customer accepts that offer, normally by making payment. Products are printed on demand. Production generally takes around seven working days before dispatch, but this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Payment details are provided personally. Statutory rights concerning defective products remain unaffected.
Copyright
Unless otherwise indicated, texts, photographs, illustrations, artwork and the LUCEO design are protected and belong to Marvin Wehrli. Reproduction or commercial use requires prior written permission.
03
Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data is processed when you visit House of Luceo, for which purposes and which rights you have under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
Controller
Marvin Wehrli, Weinfelden TG, Switzerland, is responsible for the processing of personal data described here.
Technical access data
When the website is accessed, the hosting and security infrastructure may process technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser, operating system and device information. This processing is necessary to deliver the website securely, prevent misuse and diagnose faults. Technical logs are retained only for as long as required for these purposes and applicable legal obligations.
Language and aggregate readership statistics
Your language choice is stored locally on your device. House of Luceo records daily aggregate page views, approximate visit starts and estimated engaged article reads to understand which content is useful. An engaged read means at least 60 seconds with the tab visible and 75% of the page reached; it does not prove that the article was read. A timestamp in session storage groups activity in the same browser tab, with a new visit after 30 minutes of inactivity. No visitor identifier, IP address, referrer, query string or individual browsing history is saved in these statistics. No analytics cookies or third-party analytics service are used. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Aggregate statistics remain available for historical comparisons; the temporary timestamp disappears when the tab session ends.
Spotify embeds
The Music Club contains embedded Spotify players that load automatically when the page is opened. Spotify may therefore receive technical data and place or read its own storage technologies. Spotify may process data outside Switzerland. Its own privacy information applies.
Orders via WhatsApp
WhatsApp is contacted only after you actively select the order button. A prepared message containing the chosen product, size, quantity and price is then opened in WhatsApp. Any information you send, including your contact details and delivery address, is processed through WhatsApp under its own privacy terms and may be processed outside Switzerland.
Service providers and international transfers
Technical data may be processed by providers used to host, deliver and protect the website, in particular OpenAI and Cloudflare, by Spotify when embedded players load, and by WhatsApp when an order link is used. Some processing may take place outside Switzerland. Where required, data is transferred on the basis of recognised safeguards or to countries with an adequate level of data protection.

No advertising tracking
House of Luceo currently uses no newsletter form, customer account, advertising cookies or behavioural advertising. If these functions are added, this notice and any necessary choices will be updated before activation.
Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you may request information about your personal data and ask for inaccurate data to be corrected or data to be deleted. You may also object to processing or request the release or transfer of data where the law provides for this. You may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner if you believe that data protection law has been breached.
